Pakiture Return & Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.
2. Eligibility for Return
- Unopened Products: Products that remain in their original packaging and have not been assembled are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
- Opened/Assembled Furniture: Furniture that has been opened or assembled cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.
- Custom Furniture & Promotional Items: These items are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
3. How to Initiate a Return
You can start a return by either contacting our customer service team or submitting a return request on our website.
Please make sure to provide your order number when making a request.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 15 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
5. Return Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product has a quality issue. In such cases, Pakiture will cover the shipping costs.
6. No Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to change an item, a new purchase must be made after completing the return.
7. Return Shipping Information
Once your return request is approved, we will send detailed return instructions, including the return address, to the email associated with your order.
8. Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, we will offer replacement parts if available. If no replacements are available, you may choose to return the item for a refund.
Please note: Custom furniture and discounted/promotional items are not eligible for returns under any conditions, including damage.
